Who will be the favorites to advance to the second round in each group?

Group A is probably the weakest group, but expect Portugal to win with the Czech Republic in second. In Group B, Germany is the clear favorite with Croatia perhaps as the weakest team in the second round. In Group C, or the Group of Death, the Netherlands will be left out with Italy and France advancing. However, if there is a major upset, it will be France going home early. Finally in Group D, the defending champions, Greece, will fall second to Spain.
